NEW GOULD PAPER DIVISIONS

Gould Paper Corp. (New York City) has formed two new divisions: Gould North America and Gould International Packaging Group. Gould North America, a sister division to Gould's National Div., will be headquartered in Boston. Its clients include catalogs, magazine publishers and commercial printers throughout the U.S. Thomas Ryan has been appointed chairman of Gould North America. Robert Kralik has assumed the responsibilities of president.

Gould International Packaging group will provide paperboard to converters and end users of specialty packaging grades. John Curtin has been named president of the division, which will be headquartered in Greenwich, CT.
