MINORITY PARTNERS PURCHASE STARK IMAGES

Stark Images (Milwaukee) minority partners John Halusan and Jim Lunde have purchased the company from its majority owner. Halusan will assume the role of president and CEO; Lunde will remain vice president of operations and production. The company previously focused on prepress operations; recent purchases of Heidelberg two- and four-color presses however, indicate Stark Images' plans to diversify its service offerings.
