MASTER GRAPHICS RENAMED PREMIER PRINT HOLDINGS

Master Graphics Inc. (Memphis, TN), which emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March, has renamed itself Premier Print Holdings. “The Premier name characterizes our operating divisions and underscores their importance in the communities they serve,” explains Calvin W. Aurand Jr., chairman and CEO.

Operating divisions within Premier Print Holding are Argus Press (Niles, IL); Golden Rule Printing (Huntsville, AL); Harperprints (Henderson, NC); Jones Printing (Chattanooga, TN); B&M/Litho Printing (Memphis, TN); McQuiddy Printing (Nashville); Sutherland Printing Companies (Montezuma, IA, and Ozark, MO); Thomasson Printing (Atlanta); White Arts/TPC (Indianapolis); and Woods Lithographics (Phoenix).
