IMAGE ARTS ANNOUNCES DIGITAL-IMAGING PROGRAM
May 1, 2002 12:00 PM
Digital-imaging franchise Image Arts Etc. (San Diego) has introduced a new conversion program for independent photographers, one-hour photo labs, frame shops and graphics service bureaus to convert to retail digital-imaging centers. The program was launched in response to the growing use of digital cameras, which will likely eat into the market for traditional film processing.
The program allows independent shops to join the Image Arts Etc. franchise network at a reduced royalty fee. Participants undergo five weeks of training, and have access to sales and marketing programs, technical and operations support, group discounts on equipment and supplies, and centralized fulfillment of specialty products.
