Fine paper has design inspiration
Katherine mingled with Chicago’s top graphic designers at a reception Neenah Paper held to showcase its new Eames Paper Collection. Charles and Ray Eames, a husband-and-wife design team, became famous for the simple plywood chair they produced in the mid-1940s. The couple’s groundbreaking architecture, design and photography continues to inspire designers.

Feel the proofing power
We attended the Hanover Park premiere of Enovation’s Power Proofing. Highlights included Fujifilm’s new FinalProof GxT digital halftone proofer; the Fujifilm PictroProof contone proofer running in conjunction with ICS’ Remote Director monitor-based proofing system; and the Mutoh Falcon II Outdoor and Epson 4000 inkjet proofer with a GMG RIP.
