“Our 24-hour offset print orders — brochures, invitations, newsletters — come in through an online portal [www.mmprint.com/24hour_printing.cfm] and are integrated into our existing workflow. We run, on average, 500 to 5,000 impressions in a short time through the use of polyester direct to plate and a RIP-it workflow. We limit the size of 24-hour jobs to 11 × 17 inches because we have a number of full-color presses in that format. Customers use our templates or send their own files, and we like to maintain a high level of involvement and a personal relationship with the client, even on small jobs.” — Sid Halpern, co-owner, The Marsid-M&M Group (Carle Place, NY), www.mmprint.com
