Xerox takes a real world approach

Xerox (Rochester, NY) will be keeping it real at PRINT 09. Its 28,000-sq.-ft. booth will feature an extensive range of cutsheet and continuous feed devices as well as wide format and workflow solutions.

As part of its emphasis on real customers, Xerox Premier Partners will vie for “Best of the Best” accolades (and tickets to a U2 concert) rather than PIXI awards. Competition categories include collateral, books, offset and digital, direct marketing, and photo specialty. Winning entries will be run on the show floor.

EFI (Foster City, CA) is now shipping the Fiery-powered EX Print Server for Xerox's iGen4, one of the first to feature the Fiery Command WorkStation 5 (CWS5). Beyond equipment demos, Xerox will offer free advice. Visitors can sit down with some notable industry consultants for 30-minute chats.
