An agreement between Kodak and Network Global Logistics (NGL) will enhance service delivery for customers of Kodak Service and Support. Under the agreement, NGL will stock mission-critical service parts in strategic forward stocking locations for Kodak’s customers worldwide.
“To maintain global service delivery for our multivendor service partners, our customers expect to receive mission-critical parts in an expeditious manner, maximizing equipment up-time for their customers,” says Mark Brienzi, worldwide operations director, Kodak Service and Support, Kodak’s Business Solutions and Services Group. “Working with NGL will enable Kodak to improve on this by strengthening existing processes and communications for our customers.”
