HP Indigo label press install base reaches 1,000

At the Labelexpo Americas trade show in Rosemont, IL, HP announced its installed base for HP Indigo digital presses for the label and packaging converting industry has reached a new milestone of 1,000 presses installed worldwide.

HP is also announcing several new Indigo digital press solutions that help converters decrease turnaround times and grow their businesses in label, shrink sleeve, flexible packaging and folding carton production. Converters, with the increased productivity they have using HP Indigo, are able to help brand owners affordably launch new products, gain better product visibility and efficiently develop multi-SKU supply chains that can increase revenue.

HP products at the show include the HP Indigo WS6000 Digital Press, which has new upgrades that further enhance performance, the best-selling HP Indigo press ws4500 and a Labelexpo first: the sheetfed HP Indigo press 5500 producing cut-and-stack labels and folding cartons.
