Second “Print is Everywhere” career expo scheduled

Georgia Southern University’s (GSU) (Statesboro, GA) printing management faculty and Industrial Advisory Board members will present the second “Print is Everywhere” event on Wednesday, March 31, 2004. The industry career awareness expo will host print company representatives and manufacturers of print related equipment, supplies and services.

“The purpose of this expo is to promote the largest manufacturing industry in Georgia,” says Dr. Jim Holmes, GSU printing management program coordinator. The first expo, held in 2002, brought in reps from Heidelberg USA, Quad/Graphics, Apple Computer, MacPapers, CTS Industries, PIA Georgia, iMedia, Graphic Ventures and many others.

On Thursday, April 1, attendees may interview with company reps for summer internships and permanent placement for graduates.
