PrintCity offers opportunity to be heard
Jan 1, 2004 12:00 PM, AP staff
PrintCity, a strategic alliance of suppliers to the graphic-arts industry, is offering printers the opportunity to contribute to a new survey about the effectiveness of their relationships with industry suppliers. The results will be announced at Drupa 2004.
The survey, which can be downloaded from print-city.de, is said to only take a few minutes to complete. The survey includes general questions about the level of dialog between the two parties and areas where service can be improved, and more specific questions about user groups, trade exhibitions and the level of specialist technical knowledge that suppliers display. Five questions deal with more general industry trends.
Results from the survey will be communicated within PrintCity to the member companies and to PrintCity's Activity Groups. PrintCity is offering a magnum of champagne to a winning company that completes the survey, and 10 runners-up will receive PrintCity's Competence interface CD, a problem-solving tool created from the combined expertise of the alliance's member companies.
